确认当前服务器系统环境
windows2008R2在配置SSL做小程序开发时候提示小程序的TLS版本必须大于等于1.2。当前的系统环境支持如下：
检测你的域名是否安装SSL/TLS
你的域名是否允许https协议访问以及TLS1.2是都被开启，可通过下列网站做验证：
https://www.ssleye.com/ssltool/cipher_suites.html
检测结果如下图所示：
目前提供的 Windows 2008 R2 SP1 系统不支持 TLS1.2 协议，只有 SSL2.0。
在配置 SSL 做小程序开发时候，或者 .net 系统无法正常发起 https 请求提示小程序的 TLS 版本必须大于等于 1.2。
Windows Server 2008 R2 添加对 TLS1.2 的支持
打开服务器组策略，通过快捷键 Win+R 运行中输入 gpedit.msc，找到 SSL 配置设置，双击 SSL 密码套件顺序，选择已启用，并点击 确定。
方法一： 使用 ssltools 工具
点击 此处 下载工具，启用 TLS1_2 协议。
勾选三个 TLS 协议并重启系统，打开以下目录：
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlSecurityProvidersSCHANNELProtocols
。
方法二： 修改注册表的方式
将下列代码保存到后缀名为 .reg 的文件中，并双击执行，将下列配置添加到注册表中。

打开以下目录：HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlSecurityProvidersSCHANNELProtocols。
如果看到的结果与下列截图一致，则表示注册表添加成功，TLS1.2 已经添加支持。
方法三：执行脚本
把下面的代码复制到PowerShell里运行一下，然后重启服务器。

配置好后，服务器需要重启才能生效。
最后，打开网址https://www.ssleye.com/ssltool/cipher_suites.html，录入域名，检测是否支持TLS1.2
